How do the coaching sessions work?
All one-on-one nutrition coaching sessions will still be held virtually, using a secure online video chat platform.
What types of resources will I find in the resource library?
The resource library is a compilation of materials I’ve created (and will continue to build upon) for clients and presentations. Some are activity-based (such as goal setting worksheets) and some are educational (such as “how to build a healthy snack” or short cooking videos). Members will have the opportunity to request specific resources as well. It will be updated monthly.
What if I change my mind after I sign up?
If you decide that this model isn’t the best fit for you, I’ll offer a full refund within the first 3 days of sign-up, no questions asked. Once this 3-day window has passed, you will have the option to cancel your account (effective the following month) and take advantage of all benefits for the remainder of the month.
