Today is a great day; I'm finally opening up the interest list for my first e-course and I couldn't be more excited to give you guys a sneak peak! The title is 'Spice Up Your Cooking Game' and the content is going to be focused on everything that you need to know if you struggle with one or more of the following:
You are so focused on work, you often feel drained at the end of the day and the last thing you want to do is break out the pots and pans to cook
You want to start eating more nutritious, energizing foods but don't know where to start or how to prepare them, so instead you end up eating out more than you would like
You want to start saving money on your food budget but feel like all of the "healthiest" stuff is also insanely expensive
You feel tired and lack energy during the day and would be interested in learning ways to combat this (sans the crash diet, cleanse or detox)
You might be thinking... "sure cooking is cool, but I really just want to know what to eat." If this is true, you are most definitely not the only one! In all honesty though, cooking and eating well really go hand-in-hand and I'm a total believer in the power of learning to prepare your own food and the impact that it has on your health. So while this course will definitely touch on how to make what I like to call "feel-good food" taste amazing, there won't be structured meal plans or exercise routines involved so if that's what you are looking for, this probably isn't a great fit for you.
For this course I'm going to use what's called drip content. This means that each week for three weeks (that's right, just 21 days), you'll receive access to a new video lesson along with resources to help you implement what you learned. This will make it simpler to really take your time and digest all of the new information coming your way. There will also be suggested action steps that go along with each week's lesson, so you can practice as you go along. The supporting resources will include a whole bunch of really great tools that I've created including (but not limited to):
- A checklist for setting up your kitchen for cooking success (new and improved information from my e-mail series that some of you might be familiar with!)
